About Us
Situated in the coastal city of Alexandria, GEMS Academy Alexandria (GAA) was established in 2011 and offers a high-quality education system from Pre-play to Year 12 (British School), from Year 9 to Year 11 (American School) and from Petite Section to PEI2 (French School). Our current enrolment is 1500 / between 2.5 – 18 years.
GAA only employs highly qualified and experienced expatriate class teachers who are responsible for delivering the core subjects as well as being responsible for pastoral care. Our classrooms are bright, spacious and well ventilated and we like to keep our class sizes small so that each child has better access to learning. At GAA we have a 2-adult per class policy at all times; in each of our classes, we always have a teacher and a teaching assistant available to ensure that the academic and social needs of your child are catered for.
Vision
At GAA, we envision a comprehensive educational experience that equips students to become independent learners and global citizens, preparing them for real-life success while instilling a genuine passion for learning.
